Manual Nesting

In the layout page of a JOB, it is possible to manually add various types of entities to the layout being edited. The Add command is found along the left side of the screen, or use the shortcut key A. The list of what can be added will vary based on context.

WhiteWhite writing means that the part is available for nesting. Selecting the part will add the part to the layout at a previewed location and decrease the required quantity.
GreyGrey writing means that the quantity value entered on the parts page has been reached. Extra parts can still be added by selecting this part.
RedRed writing will mean that there isn’t enough space on the layout to accommodate the part. The part can still be added however it will be placed outside of the sheet.
Pink
Pink writing states the number of extra parts that have been placed in the layout.
Blue
Blue writing states the required amount of the parts that have not been placed in the layout.
Yellow
Yellow writing is to display how many extra parts can be placed in the layout, this is based on the minimum and maximum stated in the parts page quantity.
