Job Page

Name – This is the name of the job and can be edited here.
Job No. – This is the job number given, this is used if more than one job is being created.
Technology – This drop-down allows you to specify which technology table for the material should be used, this is useful to switch between different gas types for the machine.
Material – This shows the material and thickness being used for the job.
Machine – This shows the machine being used to process the job.
Change material/machine – This allows the material and machine that is currently being used to change.
Part Distance – This section is used to specify the minimum distance between parts in a layout.
Start Corner – This section specifies the sheet start corner for nesting.
Allow Nesting in Holes – Enable this checkbox for parts to be nested within holes of other parts in a nest.
Spread Out Parts on Last Layout with No Remainder – Enable this to spread out parts as much as possible on the sheet to minimise the amount of remainder sheet after processing.
Avoid Placing Thin Long Parts Along Slats – Enable this to reduce the possibility of having thin long parts along slats as they are more likely to tilt or fall through, this will nest long thin parts across slats.
Minimise the Number of Different Layouts – Enable this to minimise the number of layouts created and increase the packing of all other sheets used.
